(More customer reviews)I just got my element case. Yes, it looks very nice and feels very sturdy. However, it has a HUGE problem. You can't jack your phone into anything with the case on. The width of the bottom of the case where the 30 pin connector goes in to charge the phone is too small to fit so you can't charge your phone without taking the case off. Unfortunately, it take about 45 seconds to take the case off with the included allen wrench whereas a bumper and be pulled off in 2 seconds. Not to mention, the included allen wrench is just over an inch long and incredibly small. I'm quite sure it will be lost within a matter of weeks, if not days. If anyone wants my case, I've give it to you in trade for a bumper.
