(More customer reviews)DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. After I had received the product, I had seen EXACTLY THE SAME ITEM FOR BETTER PRICE SOLD BY THE MANUFACTURER for 9.96. I wrote an email to SF Planet, requesting a refund for the difference and was curtly told that even though I had emailed them THEIR ORDER NUMBER, I had to provide the item number, etc. After I had done that, I was again curtly told that they could not find the item and would not refund the difference. Afterward, I searched amazon and found the SAME ITEM AGAIN in less than 1 minute. Basically, SF Planet doesn't care that the manufacturer is selling the SAME ITEM FOR LESS PRICE and stalls giving refunds to customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Their email wasn't even apologetic but rather "tough luck" attitude.
PRODUCT: NOT WORTH THE PRICE. You cannot put the phone in your pocket or purse pocket because as you are pulling it out, the friction of the bumper and the pocket surface causes the bumper to elongate and/or twist which causes the back protective cover to displace and at times fall out. Another BIG ISSUE is that the volume buttons are VERY VERY VERY difficult to push. I don't use it as an ipod a lot but if you do, this volume issue will irritate you from the beginning.

I was looking at our listings, SF Planet, not our competitors. The listing at that price is from a different company, J&R Music and Computer World.
As stated in my previous email, we have no control over the prices for which other companies offer items. It is up to the customer to do their due diligence and research to find the price they are comfortable with before they purchase an item, not try to undercut an already purchased price for which they agreed to pay.
Perhaps next time you will research prices prior to your purchase, rather than after. Thank you.
